I was plotting some results when I realized that the coefficients shown by GGplot differ from the model I've tested. It shows the 2 models (m2 and m3)
separately.
Note that the coefficients change according to the model
I wonder if any one knows how to inform ggplot that is a multiple regression and not two simple regressions
I guess the problem is with the formula or with the facetwrap, but i'm not sure...

It's hard to understand the question since you haven't provided reproducible code or a copy of your plot.

it kind of hard to help you since your example is not reproducible and I don't know the structure of your data. But I will assume that your independent variables (var1 and var 2) are continuous and not categorical.
In that case, you are trying to plot 3 variables (1 dependent/predicted variable - y, 2 independent/explanatory variable) into a graph that has just two dimensions (2 axes).
Instead of that, you might want to plot your predicted variable (y) together with the prediction of your glm model.
In case you have a categorical variable, you basically get more models depending on the category, that is how glm works.
