I am currently working on a project where I aim to analyze color preferences in data visualizations across participants from three different countries.
The dependent variable in my study is binary (Warm vs. Cold). for color preferences.
I am looking for the suitable statistical approach to test the hypothesis that there are no significant differences in color preferences among these countries.

You can use Chi-Squared test for indepence and the null hypothesis in this case will be there is no association between country and color preference.
Also, you can use binary logistic regression indicating worm 1 or cold 0 and the null hypothesis there is no relationship between country and the likelihood of preferring Warm colors (or Cold colors).
Chi-Square test is an acceptable choice. Though it should not be used alone, as significance would not likely yield useful information about the intergroup discrepancies, in such event; analyzing standardized adjusted residuals can help.
