so normally we build the graphene FET with SiO2 and Au,how could we calculating that mobility ? thanks for all who have seen this question and if you have any idea plz let me know ,may be with a source will be much more helpful
The most commonly used method is the fitting method.

If you want to extract mobility of grapgene, there aretwo other methods:
1.Hall model
2.Drude model

the problem is we have now only one side for our graphene R/V bild,can not go to the other side of drac point before the probe breakdown
