What are the typical gels used in EMSA experiments (non-radioactive) to detect shift in bands of protein & RNA complexes?

I would like to hear if anyone here has had prior or present experience with Lightshift Chemiluminescent RNA EMSA kit from Thermo Scientific?

What are the gels you have used to detect the labelled RNA (non-radioactive) & protein complex shift?

I have used a 6% native PAGE gel with fluorescently labelled nucleotides for EMSAs. We just set up the binding reactions and load them on the gel. After running, we just scan the gel like you would an agarose gel or western.
