as above said，we are trying to use a preformed mask for the Ti/Au contact building on graphen in order to avoid any EBL prozess which cost too much time,but for the measurement we have found that the doping is so high that we could not get the complet curve for drain source current Vs gate source voltage.
so has anyone experience for a moveable vacuum/N2 atomosphere container which could be keep sealed during the whole gate measurement？ i mean could the locating for the probe needle on the contact be operated without breaking the hermeticity？
