I have read a review paper about stem cells and its relation to good manufacturing grade. It stated that most clinical trials uses porcine-derived trypsin rather than human-derived trypsin to reduce safety issues.

What the safety issues using human-derived trypsin? I have looked into it and found that most vaccines (especially for viruses) uses porcine-dervied trypsin rather the human-derived trypsin
