My MonoMacs are CD14-. In the description from the DSMZ(comparible to the ATCC): Cells are CD14+, "note that CD14 expression depends on cultivation methods"
I cultivate them as it stands in the description. Which cultivation methods do they mean? Does anybody has experience with MonoMac6 and CD14?

I believe that monocytes generally exist in one of two states: Classical (CD14hiCD16-), also known as M1 polarization, and non-classical (CD14lowCD16+ or CD14hiCD16+), also known as M2 polarization.
My the sounds of what you are describing, I suspect that your monomac6 cells are non-classical. There are certain cultivation / stimulation methods that you can employ to alter the expression of the CD complexes.
These papers may be helpful for you in order to get expression of desired receptors by your monocytes.
