I did multiple load steps with ansys transient, after some time when i applied zero force, my model gives some deflection, but within elastic limit, i think that deflection (DMX) should be zero, whether i am right, my case 1 kg-1 sec,(ramped) then 1kg next 3 sec(stepped) then zero load next 0.5 sec(ramped).

The answer you are getting is cumulative results all the three load steps.
To get zero deflection apply only zero load in 0.5sec as stated in your question and the see the results

Yes sir, i did a transient analysis in ansys (full method). given material properties as MISO table (stress-strain values), main aim is to find deflection, at what load plastic deformation take place, and plastic deformation, now i able to find yield point (plastic load), but have to find plastic deformation after yield,

Hi Sir,
If you select stress tool in workbench post processor, you will be able to see factor of safety of the model subjected to your predefined loading condition. Whenever factor of safety is greater than one the type of deformation is elastic. Whenever factor of safety is less than one the deformation is elastic plus plastic. If FOS in your case is greater than one the deformation is elastic.
