I found these unusual insect eggs that resemble cream-chocolate biscuits on a coffee plant in Colombia. Unfortunately they were parasitized by wasps of the genus Telenomus so it was not possible to raise them until adult.
It is a fantastic photo. I think Rinaldo is right. It is a stink bug (Pentatomidae) eggs. Attached is a photo of Harlequin bug eggs. It is most resemble to your photo but I am not sure they are the same. Hope you could reach to the species.
I agree, they are Pentatomidae eggs. I will try to collect more eggs to rear them to get the adults, in the mean time if another resercher could give me at least the genus would be useful.
