It was collected in Colombia, the larva sticks the leaves and feeds on coffee plants (Coffea arabica). It measures approximately 1 cm. Probably genus Platynota sp.

I agree with you and other colleagues that it looks like Platynota rostrana but your insect has something behind the antennae which is not present in other photos of the insects from the links. So I think it may be another species. Hope someone could reach to the right answer.
