Hii! I have recently faced problems with my western blot membrane, especially in the transfer step. I get blots with dried out marks as if it is burnt in addition to high background. Also, I'm having non-specific binding with some of the bands turning white, not black. I use 3% BSA blocking buffer and do 1:1000 dilution for the primary Abs in blocking buffer as well.
