While doing small signal analysis on TCAD Silvaco, where should i put the width paramter? in the beginning or in the AC solve part?

if the width parameter is set only for the RF small signal model then the current is not at the same level because it takes widht=1 for DC bias setting, S22 is showing high Rds value if i put width only in the AC solve part
