This error sometimes arises when two models which are declared in the command files are contradicting each other.

One of the possible solutions is to increase the mesh density in the interface region.

The second is to tune the min step, max step, and increment.

Okay, thanks will try that, also I am facing an error that interface "region_1/region_2" is not found in the grid file, is meshing at that interface a solution to this?
