While doing cytochrome C standard curve preparation, brown colored cytochrome C changed to light brown instead of blue. can anyone tell me why?

Cytochrome c changes to orangish brown upon reduction, whereas TMBZ changes to greenish blue upon oxidation. How are you preparing the standard curve and why do you expect cytochrome c to turn blue?

Maam actually if cytochrome C and TMBZ react, then the product should be greenish blue.. but it remains light blue.. I am preparing std curve for calculating the activity of Cytochrome P450.
