I have applied pressure as trigonometric function using the expression cos(2*atan(Y/X)). I would like to know what will the unit of atan(Y/X). Is it in Degree or Radian?

- the unit of this expression will be in radian think of tan Y/X without unity and the reciprocal function will be in radian in International System

Abaqus uses Python, where atan(x) returns the arc tangent of x in radians. Also note, that cos(2*atan(Y/X))=(X^2-Y^2)/(X^2+Y^2).
