Currently, I am working in microbial fuel cells I want to collect secondary data and analyse it to make a predictive model. while collecting I can't find all the data in verbal form. they were in graphical form or mean values of overall outputs. how to collect the data in an ethical way?

M. Karthikeyan --- In general, I suggest if you know enough to ask - don't do it. Beyond that here's some guidelines. You must obtain permission to use someone's data. Then use diligence & care to identify what is secondary data, And always name its source. When or where you interpret outside data you must explain the process you use to interpret data. But when going from visual data to verbal you must use extensive detail. This is where you're at most risk. You can present all the latter information in the abstract. That way you state what secondary information was used and how it was combined with your data to create the model.
Lastly, reading what I wrote leads me to say the risk to your future career is not worth the acrobatics it takes to pull this off.
