Hi Satej,

In my opinion, Agisoft and Pix4D are software that are providing excellent results with a wide range of main results.

I believe that the number of images should not be a problem for that software. It mostly depends on your computer. Mainly CPU, RAM for dense cloud also GPU is essential.

Here you can see the requirements for RAM in the case of Agisoft: http://www.agisoft.com/pdf/tips_and_tricks/PhotoScan_Memory_Requirements.pdf

You can see that the RAM for 10,000 images is 50GB.

My suggestion is to set up an extremely powerful computer. Or what we have done. We started to use Azure VM where you pay per hour and you can set up very powerful computers. There are also other companies like Amazon and so on.

Or other suggestion is to split those images into blocks and the merge them after processing.

Dear Satej, I think the same than Martin, the problem is not the software, is the computer. To process such a huge quantity of images simultaneously, you need a robust computer. PIX4D and TBC (Trimble Business Center) work great for instance, but without a very good computer aptitudes, could be very difficult to realize when you have ~ 25,000 images. The best option is to split the images into blocks, being the same with the final mosaic (maybe 1 or 2 GB per block).
