We know the fatigue life calculation methodology for steel, what is the methodology for aluminium?
As general conditions for steel are
stress at 10e3 cycles will be = 0.9 of max tensile strength of material.
stress at 10e5 cycles will be = 0.5 of max tensile strength of materia.
these values are for steel then what for aluminium?
Aluminium alloys do not have a precise limit, respect the max tensile strength, below which in theory you have no failure. So, soon or later they will fail.
To have about 10e6 cycles you should consider tensile strength of the material * 0.45-0.6

I would suggest to check S-N curves for the family of the Al you want to use to have an idea of the fatigue life trend you can expect
Fatigue life for steel and aluminium show quite different behaviours. Steel, on one hand, reaches the endurance limit and shows asymptotic behavior after one million cycles. On the other hand, there exists no such endurance limit for aluminium, it doesn't,t show asymptotic behavior. This is attributed to the very notch sensitivity of aluminium.
You will get the values required from literature. However, if you yourself want to plot SN curve you would have to go for R R Moore Rotating Bending Fatigue Test for the same.
