I dont think so, you can store your HPLC resin in pyrex glass vials or beaker, No problem

Almost any chromatography resin is compatible with glass/pyrex bottles. Sometimes though, you might want to regenerate the resin using concentrated sodium hydroxide (NaOH), maybe in those cases, you could use a plastic beaker/bottle. For long time storage always consider using 20% ethanol.
