i want to compare gene expression results of some resistance genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa from clinical samples , to reference strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( which is normally does not over express these genes ) , in order to see whether there is an over-expression in the clinical strain or not .
Q: what strain i should use ?
The most common reference strain is PAO1. The genome of PAO1 was completely sequenced in 2000. It will be a good idea to search the literature rsgarding the expression level of genes in question in PAO1.

can i find level of expression of these genes in PAO1 on GenBank , www.Psuedomonas.com or any other site ..... because i dont have this strain .. and i need to compare my results with level of expression of PAO1
I think you can find the expression levels in GEO database within NCBI.
