Almost all of them will be perceived as user-friendly if you use them long enough. But if you are coming from Physics background, you may find COMSOL easiest to navigate among the three. Next to COMSOL, perhaps ANSYS.

Ansys is by far the software with the best user interface. Its modules allow for excellent data management. In addition, it has recently acquired software such as LSDYNA, Optislang, Lumerical, Rocky, Motion that allows it to be above its competition. In the electronics and fluids part it simply has no rivals.

For Multi-Physics Modelling:

comsol is indeed user-friendly. However, sometimes, the same code runs two time, the result is different. maybe because I use the old version.
