I have data of viruses and bacteria in porous media. I have a question about any package which is good for modeling viruses and bacteria for both saturated and unsaturated zone?

Suppose

· HST3D Software is the only for the saturated zone (only for transport)

· PHREEQC software is for the only Reaction mechanism.

Combination of the above both become PHAST software which is only for the saturated zone, (Transport and reaction)

· MODFLOW is also transported only saturated zone

· PHREEQC software is for Reaction Mechanisms.

The combination of the above both becomes PHT3D is only for the saturated zone.

Here can anyone suggest to me some software that is best for modeling the transport of viruses and bacteria in porous media?
