The software name is PLABSTAT. If anybody has difficulty using it, use the manual given on the site. Even though if there are any queries, don't hesitate to ask here.

OK. Here is the Plabstat file according to your data. You can tweak it around for other data. Double click Plabstat. Write the name of your file (which is asifanova.dat, and "enter". Press "enter" twice again. Press Y and enter. You are done.

Now see your results in "asifanova.prt" file.

but I cannot open .prt file. how is it opened?

Open it with notepad. The "asifanova.dat" file can also be opened using notepad.

But how to creat .dat file?

Is .dat file prepared in note pad or some other software

Yes. The .dat file can be written in notepad. After you finish editing, save it as anyname.dat. But remember no spaces in the name and don't let it be more than 8 characters long.

I haven't ever done metroglyph analysis myself. However, you can refer to the book titled "Biometrical methods in quantitative Genetic analysis" by and Singh and Chaudhary, 1979. They have given the procedure for the analysis.

Actually this is the version that you can install directly in R. However, exists an stand-alone version for windows that is pretty simple to install:
