Enteromorpha intestinalis can be used for human consumption.To my knowledge, the other is not used for such a purpose,though both of them are green weeds.The former can also be used as feed for filter feeders,as well as an ingredient in fish & shell feeds.
It is very difficult to identify the species of Ulva only by morphological characteristics. From the organoleptic and nutritional point of view all species are quite similar, just keep in mind that species called "enteromorpha" often tend to be in environments presumably contaminated or altered.
I agree with the comment of Paul Tompkins, now there is no Enteromorpha genera, that genera merged with Ulva and so Ulva lactuca and Ulva intestinalis are the species growing in the midlittoral region of lthe intertidal rocky surfaces. Both species widely used as food and fodder in several countries. we did some work on antimicrobial acitivity of the these species against human pathogens
