It is a quite niche question for people having weird usage of qPCR machines.

We are looking for the best qPCR machines, not to perform qPCR cycles but long term, mostly isothermal, hundreds of points measurement.

Unfortunately as you may know if you had to preform the same kind of task, most of the machines are not tailored for this and will either be cumbersome to use, or will simply crash if cycle number exceed ~50. The only model we know that works OK is old tech and will be discontinued, so we wanted to know if a new state of the art machine was available to your knowledge.

Our specifications needed are:

- great control of temperature, even in the lower range (30-50 C)

- 96 or 384 wells

- multiple fluorophore channels, FAM, Cy3, Cy5, Cy7..

- high dynamic range and low background

- accepts indefinite cycle number
