How to carry out survival analysis of a one time use machine which is stored and tested at regular intervals for functionality?

I want to carry out reliability study of a machine with various sub components both electrical and mechanical. The machine is a one time use (similar to a decoy or rocket) and is stored at prescribed storage conditions). The machines are tested at irregular intervals so I have results of the test of each machine whenever it is tested. The system has around 5 major sub systems, so while testing the system, it has one failure mode for each sub system. My aim is to plan the spare replenishment in the near future by calculating MTTF of each sub system separately and then if possible calculate reliability of the system as whole.
