It has always been a case of the Circumstance and Situation. Every student is different and see the world with their own colored glasses and so I must adjust my style of presentation to connect their awareness of the subject and relate it to their own life without this connecting and relating there is no learning or teaching.

I ask lot of questions of my students life so I can apply what I know about the student with the subject I want to teach the student and I try to use allegories that they will stand in knowing.

It is more engaging and fun for the student and myself when I use an example out of my students own life. This requires a building of relationship with them a knowing them as they are and not as I want them to be and there by and connecting with that and relating the idea and concept I desire to teach.

The brain is easily confused by words actually, it processes images symbols and feelings, and so this is why it is important to teach in a story like fashion that relates and connects to the students own personal way of being in the world.

In my own view, you should teach and impact knowledge in a conducive environment suitable for learning. A good teacher at any educational level should possess good understanding of what to teach.

The path of friendliness is necessary without prejudice to integrity to the calling and self respect. Your students learn more if they believe they're your friend, as well as when they see the level of integrity maintained between the lines.

Teaching is an art of communication. To acheive to goal of the teaching the interactive method is the better

The path should be mainly interactive as rightly pointed out by several colleagues.

I think the student interaction route is the best

There are many rules and strategies for succesful teaching. But I think this balance of the teacher's attitude shows at the same time love ; respect and honesty: Be friendly to everyone without being a friend to anyone.

If students look forward to your lecture, keep the same style: basically a friendly environment in which to learn.

Interactive classes are best for teacher as well as students.

Through interactions, students get interested, connected to topic and learning is more effective.

Both teacher and students feel satisfaction with the session.

I also prefer a lively environment to be more interactive as well as problem-based, brainstorming sessions.

I discovered recently that lectures should focus on the key points of the lessons and feed back from the students will tell the extend of the understanding and misunderstanding they have about the subject.

Teaching has created a vast compass for entire human being & with mobile ,internet ,& electronic media teaching has also given a new shape & student are interest to learn a new line of action of their study .

It is the responsibility of teacher to view the student performance not in the academic syllabus but teacher should observe the development of the student for changing the pattern of the study for the students in such case there is every possibility that certain student may come with the their own development & intelligence .

This is my personal opinion

All of the activities used to make lectures interactive involve a learning curve for both instructors and students. Instructors must learn how to develop good questions, analyze the student responses, and incorporate that information into the following lecture segment or the next class period. As with many active-learning techniques, interactive lectures may take longer to cover any given topic than non-interactive ones.

Interactive lectures should be done in a friendly as well as firm environment.

My teaching philosophy is to help each student maximize their potentials.
