I am working on simulating a Graphene Field-Effect Transistor (GFET) in TCAD Sentaurus. Since the tool does not have predefined graphene parameters, I plan to model graphene based on polysilicon properties. To achieve accurate representation, I need guidance on which parameters in the .par file should be adjusted.
