Which one is better for the serial dilution of lactic acid bacteria, saline or peptone water
The answer would depend on what your end goal is for the bacteria. However, a sterile saline solution is always a good bet.
Saline solution is better
Saline is much better
It depends upon for what do required the serial dilution .... if you need to reactivate you need to use peptone water if which other wise you need to use saline ... and or a combination between both
