In my experiment, I am attempting to determine if the combinatorial therapy (composed of therapy A and therapy B) is better than either alone.

My experimental groups are as follows:

  • negative control (PBS plus surgery)
  • therapy A plus surgery
  • therapy B plus surgery
  • Combo A+B plus surgery
  • sham

I'm not sure which multiple comparison after ANOVA is appropriate - should I compare all groups to each other or compare all groups to the combo?
