Hi Prof Stone,
I have an article currently under review that answers the question of the acceptance of four types of AI applications in Swiss HRM.
Two others answering questions about the diffusion of AI HRM recruitment tools in Switzerland, also currently under review.
Another one in preparation concerning the link between trust and perceived usefulness of these four kinds of AI applications in Swiss HRM.
And, finally, a last one approaching the determinants of algorithmic aversion towards AI HRM recruitment tools among Swiss HR professionals.
