Which morphological characters are sufficient and necessary to differentiate a nematode -- an Allodorylaimus from an Aporcelaimellus?

Under a microscope, both Allodorylaimus and Aporcelaimellus appear similar. Aporcelaimellus are plump nematodes. I can see different spears and lips.
