I want to enrich all the Glycoproteins from my sample. No monoclonal antibodies have been identified that bind general determinants of glycosylated proteins, rather antibodies bind specificifically to certain determinants.
Lectins are the solution to this problem or what? Kindly help me.

You would not find an antibody binding to all different sugar structure of glycoproteins. Antibodies are too specific for this purpose (you can get antibodies specific for a defined sugar structure).
Here, the best solution would be using lectins.

But lectins also show specificity for different sugars But yes there are lectins which show broader specificity for a group of sugars. So ?
