In small scale the endotrap removal coloumns https://lionex.de/product/endotoxin-removal-resin/ work quite well in my previous experience and since they just retain the endotoxin and not the protien they do not any issues about protien integrity.

However this are desinged to purify mg of protein, if you would like to perform a large scale industrial production maybe simples and IP free approaches, as ionic exchanges, are preferable.
