Dear Researcher! There are diverse protocols for culture of MCF10A (just FBS or a lot of different supplements, such as EGF). Can you recommend a medium, which I should use for testing compound cytotoxicity on MCF10A cell line?

You can use the following medium for MCF10A.
The complete growth medium for MCF10A cells is DMEM: F-12 + 5 % (v/v) horse serum + 10 µg/mL human insulin + 20ng/mL hEGF + 100ng/mL Cholera toxin + 0.5 µg/mL Hydrocortisone.
