Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to fix HUVEC cells for IHC and/or TEM analysis after they completed tube formation in Matrigel. I use Corning® Matrigel® Growth Factor Reduced (GFR) Basement Membrane Matrix (400 uL in each well of a 24 well plate). For IHC, I don't find any information. For TEM instead I was planning to use glutaraldehyde 1,5 % in cacodylate buffer 0,1M (I lowered the concentration because I'll leave the plate overweekend at 4°C). I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me, thanks!
