I would probably use Abaqus. It will be easier when you implement the characteristics of your material model (user defined material or element).

Thank you very much for the replies, Can you please explain little why?

I mean ANSYS uses SMART as finite element growth and XFEM as extended fem growth, though in smart it is just a pure lefm approach and I'm xfem it is imbedded with czm only.

My request to you please little explain the features available in ABAQUS, can it be applied to ANISOTROPIC MATERIAL IN 3D?
