Hi Viajya, you can use Ovalbumin (Albumin from chicken egg white; Sigma A5503) to induce Atopic Dermatitis. Though it takes a while to develop AD-like inflammation, it is definitely an easy and can be operated in several strains of mice including BALB/c and C57BL/6.
