I'm measuring serum mice IgE against ovalbumin after 2 IP sensitization followed by 3 intranasal challenges, unfortunately I'm unable to measure the IgE titre due to tge presence of IgG that much more higher in serum than the IgE.
Note: due to lack of financial support I can't buy anti mouse IgE to coat the wells, so I used ovalbumin in coating the plates and goat anti mouse IgE conjugated to HRP as a secondary antibody

I don't have any support.
I'm going to test something else,
I'll use polystyrene plates coated with goat antimouse IgG and blocked with 1% BSA.
I think it may capture the IgG from serum before using it for assaying the IgE.
But the goat antimouse IgG that I have is conjugated with HRP.
I hope this work good
