I need some golgi markers for co-immunofluorescence. In particular, I'd like to see if my gene co-localizes with cis-golgi and TGN (Trans-Golgi network). Would GalNacT2 and TGN38 or 46 be ok for this? What's the difference between TGN38 and 46? Does GalnacT2 only stain cis-golgi?
Thank you for your help!
