Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there is any available software that allows to do multiscale coupling. In particular, I'm working on 1D blood flow in microvascular networks embedded in 3D or 2D soft tissues in order to simulate heat and drug transport from the vessels to the interstitial space. I already checked in literature but I was not able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Otherwise, are there any already established method to achieve this with softwares like OpenFOAM or Fenics?
