I want to increase 108 spore/ml within shortest time of culture.so which salt or organic sources I may try in liquid media? Another point is survival of the spore- how may I maintain spore count 107 /ml for one year?

A very important factor which induces sporulation of Trichoderma spp. is the lighting.

The exact conditions for your Trichoderma will depend on which species you are using. As mentioned by Franci Aco Celar, light is an important factor for many species, with both wavelength and intensity being of concern (for a review, see http://www.annualreviews.org/doi/pdf/10.1146/annurev.py.23.090185.000323). This also contains some discussion about nutrients for growth and sporulation. For spore survival, this also varies by the species as well as the conditions under which you are producing and maintaining the spores (e.g. doi:10.1023/A:1018502217083). Chlamydospores generally survive better long-term than conidia and the conditions under which the strains are grown will impact both production and maintenance.
