I make my own FITC/DIG-labelled RNA probes from cDNA using IVT. I would like to clean them up before using them for ISH, preferably using a column. I have already tried them without clean up and they work, but I hope cleaning up might reduce the background.

Therefore, I would be interested in your recommendations concerning columns that you have successfully used for this purpose (and certainly also in which kits didn't work well for you). Looking forward to your suggestions!
