To be more precise, I'm trying to make a comprehensible list of what type of DNA base modification/damage can lead to what type of mutation. What I call 'modification' can be alkylation (methylation or other), oxidation, etc...
Here are a few examples:
3meC or O6meG => GC to AT transversion
1meA or 3meA => AT to TA transition
O4meT => AT to GC transversion
Any other example to give me ?

Check an up to date genetics textbook. Also, keep in mind that these only cause mutations in living cells after DNA replication (cell division) assuming they are not repaired.
