We want to transfect SK-N-SH cells with Nucleofector (Amaxa), but our device don´t include the proper program to do it (X-005 or X-05).
Does anybody know which are the settings corresponding to X-005 or X-05, so we can program the device ourselves?.
Alternatively, we have information that the program U-29 works as well with this cell line. Can somebody corroborate this?.
Finally, our device includes the program V-005, which is the proper choice to transfect SK-OV-3. Any idea if this could work to transfect SK-N-SH?.

Thanks! Unfortunately, they don´t say the particular conditions for the electroporation, which is the information I´m missing. I meant, intensity of voltage, duration, etc...

In case anybody had the same issue, we got help from Amaxa and Lonza. The programes T-16 and X-001 should work as well for SK-N-SH. Actually, we tried them both and X-001 didn´t work very well, but with T-16 we got a 77% of transfection with GFP.
