I want to test the effect of a drug on normal cells and compare it with the effects induced in tumor cells. Ideally I would like to do this on hematopoietic cells and I was wondering if there are specific experiments reviewers usually ask for to assess toxicity on normal cells.

good idea to monitor the cell toxicity i think broadly speaking viability testing is one option ,genetic and flowcytometry is another available ones
