In stead of searching on each publisher or journal websites, I concern if we have a website address or a platform where we can use keywords and search all special issues with its deadline of submission ? For example : the conference alert (https://conferencealerts.com)

List of special issues of journals they advertise time to time and sometimes contact authors/researchers also.
I think you need to check the journal homepage to see if they are calling for special issue .
