I am trying to find the plasmids pAW016, pAW068, and pIC333 for transposon mutagenesis of Paenibacillus. I have tried many searching many repositories and have reached out to the authors of the publication that used them but I have not received a response. Where do you find plasmids these days?
Finding specific plasmids can sometimes be challenging, especially if they are not available through common repositories or the authors themselves.
