What is your subscription? Are you using the Ansys Student package?

BTW, What do you exactly expect from the manual? For structural analysis there is more than one manual, Theory reference guide, MAPDL user guide, Mechanical application user guide, each one explains a different aspect of doing structural analysis in Ansys.

For meshing take a look at the "ANSYS Meshing User's Guide"

For different loads (boundary conditions) take a look at the "Mechanical User's Guide", chapter 17: "Setting Up Boundary Conditions".

Be aware the main application used for structural analyses in workbench is Mechanical. So you will find most of your answers in mechanical application's documents.
