Where can one find the most up-to-date and comprehensive list of journals in the humanities (esp. philosophy and literary studies) that should be avoided because of their unwarranted publication fees, shoddy or fraudulent refereeing practices, and absence of digital preservation policies?

I was under the impression that since Beall shut down his list in 2017 there would only be a non-up-to-date webcache available. But I now see that an anonymous person is still appending updates at the very end of Beall's original lists. Also, on the main page (the list of publishers page) there is a sidebar of "Other important lists" on the right.

You can find easily that the journal is authentic or not in many ways.
First of all, predatory journals tend to accept the manuscripts quickly without corrections.
Also, they tend to accept lots of journals within the same issue.
Furthermore, the publication of the issues is irregular.
It is recommended to check the indexing of the target journal. Search for Clarivate or Scopus and verify the information.
